"Great place, very good if you are looking or a quaint, quiet getaway. West end definitely has less to do than east end but we enjoyed being here and the staff was so kind! I would definitely stay again."

"The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs, whether it was dealing with a WiFi connection issue or helping with using the washer and dryer. Having Estherlyn's right downstairs made it easy to have a quick and delicious breakfast. Definitely looking forward to staying there again."

"Our shower did not work properly, tv never worked, for us old folks music too loud, Brian was great tried hard to correct issues. Liked the location on the Stand. Loved the patio on the second floor with comfy couches. The Restaurant at the hotel was awesome, we ate there twice. The best steak I’ve had in years."

"Charles (Pojo) was such an amazing host. His tiny home has everything in it. Full sized gas range, fridge, BBQ all the plates and cutlery you could want. The TV is even set up with Prime and Netflix for a guest. The bed is super comfortable. You are a 10 min walk to an excellent beach and no more than a 20 min walk into town. The keyless entry was very nice as you did not have to worry about losing your key. Easy parking, not that I drove. I would stay here again in a second."

"Our stay was delightful! Unbelievable to be able to wake up and have our coffee overlooking the ocean (literally unobstructed view, directly on the rocky sand beach) and spotting the resident sea turtles so close to shore. Beautiful sunsets nightly! The condo building is older, but clean and quiet with on-site management. Unit is very spacious, but we literally never even sat on the couch or turned on the TV - the view was so much better, and we were most often out enjoying the island. We gathered SO much sea glass right at our shore (with masks), and on the very last day I had the unbelievable experience of floating directly above the two sea turtles, less than 10 ft below in crystal clear water. The three of us (the 2 of them and I) hung out for probably 20 minutes before I decided to swim back. The host and property manager were both super responsive and great. Thank you Janice and Betsy! "

"Very nice and modern apartment. The owner was friendly and very nice. I mainly spent time in the apartment to wind down and sleep as I am from the island. Very central to my family and friends in the surrounding area. I would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone without hesitation. If you are not local to STX, Ms. Carmen will not hesitate to provide recommendations on places to see and experience. PS: The kitchen is fully stocked and Ms. Carmen has the best avocados on the property. YUMMY! "
