This has become our home-away-from-home whenever we’re in Carmel. It is so very comfortable and warm you feel welcome as you step through the front door. This was our third time renting here and it won’t be our last.

Nice cottage that was comfortable and had an easy set up. The host was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. A small quibble—really small—would be to provide a bit more written instructions on use of some of the utilities, where things were located, etc. Overall a great property for our ahort stay and I highly recommend if you’re going to Carmel.

We had a wonderful time and the house met our needs perfectly! Relaxing on the back patio while using fire pit in the morning and night was very pleasant! The patio furniture was very clean & comfortable. The layout of the cottage was great with a semi-open floor plan. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the property! It was so lovely to be able to easily walk to two beaches. The kitchen was very organized & well stocked. Karen was a great host and was very responsive when we couldn’t find the switch for the stove hood light. I would definitely LOVE to stay again and hated to leave!

This cottage is charming, spotless, and in a perfect location. (We were a short walk to the beach but in a very quiet area). Each large bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for two couples. Firewood was provided, which is often not the case. The patio fire pit was nice with the chilly afternoons. I highly recommend this cottage when visiting Carmel.

We loved everything about our stay in Carmel. The house was incredibly located, charming and had everything one could need. We were there two weeks and could have stayed forever. The house is cozy and comfortable. It is even prettier than the pictures. Can't wait to go back!
