The view would be lovely, but was difficult to enjoy from inside as the big picture window was cloudy (not dirty, but due to a defective seal, usually covered under warranty and easily fixable). Short walk to Lovers Point Park and beach, restaurants. Short drive to Asilomar State Beach for sunsets. Shout out to Fourniers Bakery Cafe for coffee and pastries.
