“Right at the check-in, I was told there's no reservation under my name so I had to pay again (will have to dispute double payment), no air conditioner, moldy room, bathroom not so clean with no towel racks, smelly bed linen, pillow case with blood stain, noise road by the room, no lobby area or common kitchen facilities--it doesn't look like the pictures show. Location was okay and the staff (Joaquim) was very friendly.”

“Expectations and assumptions are the reason for my ratings. I thought I was going to have a different experience while that experience was not met. Based on my assumptions my stay there was pleasant and there were some adjustments I had to make once I realized what the accommodations provided the staff was friendly. I felt safe would I stay there again possibly if I’m traveling alone yes but with a companion, I would probably stay somewhere that is more a traditional hotel. This review is not……
