「The views from this villa is absolutely stunning. Car or ATV rental are needed due to climb up the road to capture the beautiful views. Barto was fantastic to work with. Co ordinated our ATV rental which made it very convenient. Truly had a great time! 」

「First time is Santa Teresa. Heard mixed reviews. But, found the town and surrounding area to be fantastic for a short get away. Loft had everything necessary for enjoyable stay. And, the location was a short distance from excellent restaraunts and places to enjoy a cocktail.」

「Always a pleasure to visit Santa Teresa. Villa Koa is in a great location. The property is exactly as advertised, very beautiful with a great pool. Construction wasn't overbearing at all and hardly even noticed it. One small complaint would be to add some blinds to the living room windows for a bit more privacy. Otherwise, the property is fantastic. 」
