「We landed the best room for miles around at the Bodega Bay Inn. The building and the common rooms, kitchen and a room to just hang out or watch TV or read a book, paly a game. 「My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend here. Our goal was to be close to nature with a nice clean room to sleep in. The room was clean. The outdoor garden / terrace was serene. Access to kayaking and the forest was a huge plus. Property is kept with the understanding the house is beneath trees and there will be leaves / dust. Staff were very pleasant. 「The property is right on the Russian River and has a lush yard. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful ambiance. There are many comfortable seating areas with two separate fire pits available for use. Coffee is provided in the morning and popcorn, if desired, is provided in the evenings. All of the staff is welcoming and helpful. We were in room 11, which is set up like a studio apartment with dishes and pots and pans. We definitely want to come back.」
