「Our room was in poor condition. The toilet glass door was broken & could not be closed. The toilet itself was nor working properly. The shower head was spraying water to the sides instead of functioning like a rain shower it's supposed to be. Faucet levers had no handles.」

「we booked with expedia and their email stated everyone in our travel group 7 adults had a 1 hour free spa experience, when we checked in the hotel said no we were not able to have this. l questioned this and showed them the email but they denied it, l feel they should have honoured this, we booked 4 rooms for 4 nights, not a pleasant check in welcome. Breakfast was very good and the hotel shuttle to the beachclub was very convenient.」

Very spacious although it doesn’t have much capacity regarding rooms or suites. The location is excellent if you are using a rental car. On car the old city is only 5 to 8 minutes away.
