"Clean and updated hotel. Parts look old like elevators and hallways. Rooms are spacious but could use a little a warmth, change of furniture. Staff was welcoming and lobby well maintained. Free water was a nice touch. Conveniently located near the airport but also from downtown Nashville. "

"I dont know about the internet. However the staff is rude. We checked in and didnt have a full roll of toilet paper. My sister went in the morning too ask for one and immediately got attitude was told 1 roll per customer. My son was sick. Not too mention 3 of us with 1 not full roll. Then we went down for breakfast and it was put away long befor 9. And i got attitude for asking. Told she was only one worker and did all the jobs. Then i went too check in for another noght and got charged another 50 dollar hold fee tho i had not checked out. I told her i was told i would only have to pay once that was what i was told. Then they called me a week befor my stay asking if i would give up my handicaped room. Was told that was my choice and could have said no. My sister has handicap and thats why i got it. But decided to be nice. They made me feel terri le. Do not stay here"

"The pool was closed until end of May. The driver of the van is Maverick and he was extremely knowledgeable about the area and super kind and friendly. Angie was awesome who works at front desk. Many thanks!"

"The check-in is easy, receiving a code in advance that unlocks the property doors and the guest room. The room is comfortable, though not extremely spacious, but very clean. Front desk staff is very friendly. The wait for the elevator can be a little bit long."
