"The lobby of this place smells like a nursing home, my room was hafr clean there was hair on everything and it's not safe my husband went to the desk to ask for my room and they told him without asking for id they didn't so who he was or called to check if I knew him or even wanted him to my room, just gave him the room number and told him to go up. Smh I'll never stay here again."

"The hotel is nice. The HVAC unit in my room would make this loud annoying noise every time it turned off. The noise sounded like the wheel of fortune wheel and lasted like 45 seconds. It woke me up several times throughout the night. I asked the front desk to fix it and no one did. It was quite annoying and I slept like crap all weekend. "

"Even though there was no working aircon, we had a good stay. The rooms were clean, kitchen fully equipped, the bed was a bit uncomfortable, probably need a new mattress, overall experience was good, front desk staff was excellent. "
