Pleasant traditional house, ideal for discovering Carnac and its surroundings.

The beach is 1 km away, the town and its market are 500 m away, the Césarine park is 400 m away.

The nearest supermarket is 700 m away.

Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.



House with simple amenities, comprising 3 bedrooms, two of which are under the roof, upstairs.

Wi-Fi, large south-facing terrace in a closed garden of approximately 540 m²:



On the ground floor:

-Entrance, separate fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, 4 gas hobs, extractor hood, kettle, toaster;

-Living area: dining room and lounge area with television;

-Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed, wardrobe;

-Bathroom: shower, washbasin;

-Separate toilet.



On the 1st floor:

-Room 2: 2 single beds of 80 and 90 cm;

-Room 3: 1 bed of 120 cm and 1 bed of 100 cm;

-Toilet area with washing machine;

-Separate toilet.



Large south-facing terrace with large electric awning. Garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue.



House capacity: 6 people.

Parking available for 2 vehicles on the plot.



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €400 to be paid on site

Charges: gas consumption included from mid-May to early October, additional based on meter reading outside this period.

Das Häuschen ist geräumig und man konnte in der Küche sowie im Essbereich und auf der grossen Terasse essen. Zum Strand und zum Ortskern ist man zu Fuß nur ca. 5 Min. unterwegs.
