Single-family house "Armorique". In the resort 1 km from the centre of Carnac Plage, 200 m from the sea, from the beach, on a main road. Private: garden 300 m2 (fenced), parking, public parking on the road. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 6 km, sailing school 6 km. 4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Garden 300 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 1 car). Please note: smoke alarm. Cosy, well equipped holiday home

The detached holiday home is situated in a nice and calm neighbourhood, close to the sea and only a mile away from shops and restaurants of Carnac-Plage. The house is very comfortable and spacious but the garden is not worth mentioning. Having a Super U supermarket at only 2 minutes on foot is a welcome advant

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft

Das Haus ist hell, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei schlechtem Wetter, das es natürlich immer mal gibt, konnten wir es uns im Haus gemütlich machen. Der Strand ust nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. SuperU ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Alles sehr zentral und man kann das Auto getrost stehen lassen. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: Das Haus liegt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße wo es zu Stoßzeiten (wenn alle zum Einkaufen fahren) sehr lebhaft zugeht. Uns hat das nicht gestört!!

A 2 pas de la Grande Plage

Cette maison est très bien située, à 2 pas de la grande plage. L'équipement fourni est impeccable et de qualité, le nécessaire en cuisine complet et en quantité. Peut être que sur la période Juillet/Aout, la rue principale pourrait être bruyante. Pour le we de Pâques, aucun souci de bruit ni de circulation à déplorer. La maison est idéale pour une famille. Le Super U à proximité (5 mns à pieds) propose des produits de qualités avec Traiteur, boucher, poissonnier. La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous n'avons utilisé que le RDC, mais à l'étage 2 belles chambres avec une grande salle de bain/WC et un espace lecture en sortie d'escalier. Idéale pour une famille. Un jardin avec tout le nécessaire : table chaises parasols en nombre Le garage sert de buanderie. c'est impeccable. Il est possible de rentrer un véhicule devant le garage. Conclusion : Nous sommes plus que ravis de notre séjour.

maison conforme aux photos, luminineuse, propre, bien agencée, bien équipée. la literie est confortable. elle est située à 200 m de la plage. le seul désagrement vient du bruit de la circulation, puisqu elle est située sur un axe très passant.

Mooi huis. Alle comfort. Ook grote tuin met bbq. Goede ligging. Op 10 minuten stappen van Carnac plage met veel restaurants en bars. Grote supermarkt op 100 meter met verse vis Enige minpunt. Bijbetalen voor lakens en handdoeken. Je moet je bed dan ook zelf opmaken.
