Lovely place to stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The cleanliness, proximity to the lake and slopes and restaurants were fantastic. The house is well stocked too! We also appreciated that the owners were readily available if we had any issues (but we didn’t). We highly recommend staying here!

Great family ski week!

Our family of five had a great week stay at this beautiful home! Great location near the lake and short drive to several ski resorts. WiFi was good - our only wish would be for a little better set up for a "work from home" - could have used a desk in one of the bedrooms with privacy. Overall a great stay!

Lake Tahoe House

Excellent house!! The location was great. Easy walk to the beach and Garwoods. The house was extremely clean, and we had everything we needed and more stocked for us.

Great location Nice House!

This house was comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen with everything you might need. Peekaboo views of the lake from the front deck and walk to Gar Woods and the Old Post Cafe. The living room furniture is adequate. I would stay here again.

Cozy,Clean and Convenient!

Loved the location! Easy drive to Palisades. The unit was immaculate and very comfortable for mom and 2 teenagers. Loved the proximity to the lake as well for evening stroll to watch the sunset. Would highly recommend!

My family of four stayed for three nights. This property was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with things needed to cook simple meals. It was quite hot in the area during the few days we were there, so we were thankful that there were fans in every bedroom.

Beautify property

The location is great. Close to a public beach, coffee shop, great restaurants and mini golf. All are within walking distance. Can see lake through the trees from the deck. House was clean and very nicely decorated.

Family winter vacation

Very comfortable house with open floor plan. Good location near the lake. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well stocked. Good communication with avant stay. We were able to extend an extra day. I would come back here again

Nice stay

Was just a short walk to the beach. This is a nice property in which we used the provided propane BBQ almost everyday. It was nice sitting on the patio and enjoying our meals outside. I should have brought a insect candle or torch because those bugs were out. Overall nice stay, we have an infant so the washer/dryer came in handy. We will come back for sure!

Great House!

Great property one block in from the lake. AvantStay were very responsive and made the process of check-in easy. We had one maintenance need and they were very quick to send someone out to help out. They even brought some extra baby proofing supplies to help our stay with a 1 year old go smoother. Very thoughtful.

Beautiful home

The property itself was perfect. It was just two of us. I wanted a larger space to be able to spread out and just be comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed - great appliances. Bathrooms are very nice. Bed is very comfortable. The ad for the property is mostly accurate. The house is not across the street from the lake or Gar-Woods. It is a block up off the main road and Gar-woods, though close, is down the main road a little bit. Plus, no one told us about the construction that was taking place right on the main road a block in front of the house. The trucks worked very late and could be heard very early in the morning. Had to wear earplugs to ensure a full night sleep.
