「The property was OK, however, there are several surfaces in the bathroom that need painting, which could breed bacteria. The toilet, after raising the seat was very soiled and the seat had paint missing again ver likely with bacteria present. The host would do well to replace the toilet seat with plastic making it easier to clean. The toilet is very old and difficult for seniors to exit, suggest new taller toilet.
