Located in Albuquerque's downtown Huning Castle neighborhood, this studio apartment is in prime location near Old Town, Downtown and Sawmill. Modern and spacious, the large studio area features a kitchenette and is perfect for that business traveler or couple looking for a quick getaway.

Centrally located near Old Town, Downtown and Sawmill. Walk score of85 out of 100, this location is very walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot.

Noise: this studio does front 14th street so you may hear some traffic noise. In addition, it connects to another 2bd/2ba unit that is also available to rent. Ear plugs and sound machines provided

Light: there are sky lights and windows near the ceiling that are not covered so morning light will shine in. Eye masks provided

The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Parking: free street parking on a first come first serve basis. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

Internet not working & Host just answered used the password. But that wasn’t the issue. Didn’t resolve connection. Noticed street noise but that’s the location. Entrance is upfront not around back. Gave a 4 star due to unresolved issue

Suggestions

The space is cozy and the location was convenient for all my needs. On the downside communication with the host/customer service was minimal and mostly proforma. The things I asked for the first day of my stay were still not provided by the time I left. SUGGESTIONS 1) Refrigerator. Make sure it's turned on before the guest arrives. Defrost the freezer and provide an ice tray. 2) Storing/hanging clothes Rather than the rack over the door in front of the mirror, put the hangers in the closet. Provide shelves for clothes. This can be easily done with some consolidation. 3) Safety! There needs to be a grab bar in the bathtub. There needs to be a rubber grip mat at the bottom of the bathtub. Now there are strips, but these aren't effective. 4) Flyswatter. Mostly for mosquitos.

Place was clean, comfortable. The shower is slippery and the few strips that are on the bottom of the tub are not enough. A better mat and a hand rail would help. The fridge is noisey at night and needs to be more quiet. Would also be helpful if there was some sort of curtains over the upper row of windows over the door to block the light at night so that the room is not so light. All of that said, the place is fine, the location is excellent. I wouls stay there again.

We came to see property we own in Los Linda. We also just wanted to visit the area for some good food and drinks. We found that at Sawmill Market! We also took the Turquoise Trail to Santa Fe. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay in Albuquerque

This property was great for a couple of days in Albuquerque for me and my husband. It was convenient, clean, and comfortable. The property manager was super responsive and checked on us several times to see if we needed anything and that all was okay. There were lots of little sensitive touches that made our stay that much better. We will book here again when we have a trip to Albuquerque planned.

Wonderful place to stay!

If you are here looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque, don’t miss out on this place!!! This was our first time to stay so I was booking blindly as far as demographics go. This place is the perfect place for anywhere you need to get to! Isleta, the airport, downtown. The skylights and windows provide so much natural lighting and the street noise isn’t a factor at all. Plenty of street parking. I was thoroughly impressed and definitely recommend.

Lovely Stay!

We had a lovely week stay. The location was excellent- very close to Old Town. The hostess ,Taryn and her team were checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The check in/out system was easy. We felt we were in a safe neighborhood. Great place!

Cloud Nine in Albuquerque <3

I am very pleased with the choice I made about staying at this property! First of all, the studio itself is adorably fashioned, there are playing cards available as well as a record player. The apartment was pretty well equipped and I can't think of anything that I was deprived of! Check-in was a breeze! The hosts are very kind, very flexible, as well as very attentive. They really care about making you comfortable. The location of the home is literally DOWNTOWN! So, the aquarium/gardens are within walking distance as well as the fun shopping/art centers! There was available parking (at a first come, first served basis). The rules here at minimal and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this to you!

Great little studio close to Old Town

We loved this little studio complete with a record player and a few vintage vinyls. Cool vibe, comfy bed and a nice petite kitchen. Everything we needed for a three night stay. Easy walk to Duran’s Pharmacy or Remedy for coffee.

Could not have been happier with my stay. From booking to the day I left, communications on anything concerning my stay was excellent. Place was clean, well furnished and stocked.
