From the moment you drive along the ocean on Fort Fisher Boulevard, you will realize how close to the beach you are going to be at Oasis Escape! Enter your condo through the porch door and embrace your own private retreat with outdoor dining, seating, and an ocean view. Enjoy coffee with a book on the covered porch as you take in the cheerful colors of Kure Beach all around you. We are only one row from the beach, so run back and forth as much as you like! 



Ground Level:

Covered and Driveway pad parking for 2-3 vehicles, size dependent. No boats, trailers, campers, buses, or recreation vehicles are allowed, and parking on the grass is prohibited.  Exterior stairwell to private entrance.  Private outdoor shower. Extra storage and beach equipment for Guest use. Interior Stairwell from storage area to Living room.

 

Level Two:  

Covered Oceanview Porch: Picnic Table, Adirondack Pub Chairs and Cocktail Table

Living Room: Doors to porch, sofa and side chairs, wall-mounted Smart TV

Dining Area: Dining Table seats 6

Kitchen: Granite countertops, Side by Side Refrigerator/Freezer, Electric Range, Stainless Sink with Pull Spray, Microwave, dishwasher, Island workspace

Primary Bedroom Suite: King, Wicker Occasional Furniture, Smart TV, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bath

Ensuite Bathroom: Shower Stall, Garden Tub, Toilet, Double Vanity

Guest Suite: Queen, Ceiling Fan, Closet, Ensuite Bath shared access door for bunk room

Bathroom: Bathtub and Shower, Toilet, Single Vanity

Guest Bunk Room: Twin over Queen, Ceiling Fan



Parking:

Parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway, size dependent. Please do not block the driveway entrance, as this is a shared driveway.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 

No smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pet Policy:

No pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of restaurants, an arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.
