「Excellent vacation. We'll be back in the future.」

「What a beautiful property! This waterfront oasis hosted my wife and I for a week and we can’t wait to come back. Fishing on the dock, relaxing by the fire pit, cooking steaks on the grill, falling asleep on the front porch… this house was perfect for the two of us. The neighbors were very friendly and the small town charm here has us wanting to come back as soon as possible. 10/10 would recommend for a beautiful getaway.」

「The cottage was perfect for us and our dog. We enjoyed the screened front porch and the screened dining area and fenced yard in the back. The home was very comfortable with cute whale decor and a convenient location.」

「My husband and I, along with our sweet pooch Auggie, thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time at the retreat. The place looked just like the pics and the owners and their son (and his gf) were wonderful. The pool was just what I needed and we loved walking on the trails. We are looking forward to a return trip! (Thanks again for the fresh eggs!)」

「Beautiful place great communication really clean really nice and cut」

「This property was clean and very family friendly. The house was a super convenient walk to the beach and places in town (the pier, restaurants, ice cream shop and playground). The patio/ firepit was nice, but the mosquitoes were overwhelming this time of year so we didnt spend alot of time outside around the property.(thats nature for you!) We love the friendly small town, family oriented community!」

「We had a nice stay!」

「My family is spread out across the country, but Richmond has always been our home. This particular Cape Cod was ideal for us to spend time as a family together, cooking meals, catching up, and sitting out by the fire pit at night. All the comforts of home. I will definitely be back.」

「Great views and secluded property」

「Clean, cozy house in a great location. Would visit again!」

「It’s a beautiful house that’s a short walk to the beach. The owner is amazing and made us feel right at home.」

「Adorable house.」

「Beautiful property. Everything was wonderful - the house was clean and had everything we needed, the host was responsive, and we enjoyed the fire pit and crabbing off the dock. Would stay again!」

「The house was great, good location. The neighbor’s dog was a different story. Dog was outside and basically barked off and on all night long. Other than that the house was great.」

「Very nice little cottage, quite neighborhood and great location. Host was very friendly, helpful and available when needed. House is cute inside & out, nice beach theme. The bed is very comfortable, the sleeper sofa was found to be uncomfortable. The outside enclosure was very much enjoyed, with the seating, lights & fan. We enjoyed our stay here. We would rent this property again. Perfect cottage for 2.」

「My mom and I stayed June 13th-June 15th. It is in a cute little town with walkable areas. The host was very helpful with check in. Would stay again!」

「The property was beautiful and a perfect fit for our family. We had some difficulty with entering the property initially but that was due to confusion on my part. When I reached out to the host about it she immediately responded and was very friendly and helpful and we were able to enter in no time with her assistance! After we entered we found some complimentary gifts in the kitchen which included bubbles and a sun hat for the kids-so kind and thoughtful! The property is well stocked-the...

「Fantastic beachy home! We were very comfortable during our stay in this clean, quirky cottage. Loved the cool artwork and interesting decor, the kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook, beds were comfy, plenty of towels etc! The walk to the beach is short, and the home had a lot of beach supplies for use, like chairs, toys, etc. The back yard is great, plenty of space to play and relax. Would def stay again if we come back to CB!」

「The property was exceptionally clean immaculate location was perfect」
