On a passé de superbe vacances entre amis! Nous étions un groupe de 19 et tout s’est bien passé. Mr smit était incroyablement gentil. La villa est vraiment belle avec plein d’infrastructures à disposition (sauna, piscine, bain nordique, terrain de volley, balançoire, barbecue).Tout était super, nous avons vraiment adoré passé cette semaine ici. les alentours sont magnifiques avec de très beau paysages.l’hôte a été remarquable avec nous et à notre disposition dès qu’on en avait besoin. Je recommande fortement pour des groupes de grande taille qui cherche un endroit posé pour profiter entre eux.Merci pour tout c’était top!

Heerlijk verblijf met de familie

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Prati Piani. André is een fijne gastheer die met zorg en toewijding voor je klaar staat. De woonkeuken in de biedt voldoende ruimte voor grote groepen en beschikt over voldoende faciliteiten om zelf te koken. Het huis is uit 1930 en dat is hier en daar te merken, maar deed zeker geen afbreuk aan onze ervaring. Het enige nadeel dat wij konden ontdekken was dat het wel 40-45 minuten rijden is naar de dichtsbijzijnde supermarkt en het strand.

Heerlijke vakantie week

Wij verbleven een week in PratiPiani met 5 bevriende gezinnen (10 volwassenen en 10 kinderen). Hans en Lydia zijn super lieve en gastvrije mensen. Het huis was perfect voor ons; veel ruimte binnen en buiten. We zijn er regelmatig op uit getrokken met de racefiets. Ook zijn er een aantal schattige dorpjes in de buurt. De supermarkt ligt iets verder weg maar is goed te combineren met een dagje strand. Al met al hebben wij een heerlijke week gehad met de pizza avonden als hoogtepunt!

Hele fijne vakantie!

Wij hebben als vriendengroep, met een 10 tal kindjes, een héél fijn verblijf gehad! Fantastisch huis met ruime kamers en een super groot domein waar de kinderen erop los gespeeld hebben! Lidia en Hans zijn toppers die ons met plezier bij stonden bij alle vragen! Must do: de pizza avond ! Wij raden een vakantie met kinderen op Prati Piani ten volle aan!

Ottima per qualche giorno di festa e relax con il proprio gruppo di amici

Siamo un gruppo di 18 ragazzi e abbiamo alloggiato qui 5 giorni per festeggiare insieme il capodanno; le comunicazioni con l’host sono state veloci e efficienti fin da subito , la casa era pulita e già dotata di tutto il necessario (così come il sito riporta). Le camere, la cucina e la sala da pranzo sono sufficientemente grandi e luminose, in particolare noi abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’ampio salone per poter stare tutti insieme durante le serate e la piscina riscaldata per dei bei momenti di relax! Abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo problema con i riscaldamenti, ma i proprietari sono intervenuti prontamente e lo hanno risolto in breve tempo. La proprietà è solo un po’ scomoda da raggiungere e non è vicina a nessun supermercato, ma vale la pena di passarci dei giorni anche per staccare dal caos delle città. È stato bello e siamo stati tutto molto soddisfatti di aver scelto questa soluzione! “I ragazzi e le ragazze di Milano che hanno soggiornato a Prati Piani per il capodanno 2019”

Maison idéale pour un grand groupe

Un peu éloignée des centres d’intérêt de la région et un peu dans la brume. Maison très pratique pour un grand groupe, extérieurs sympas. Un peu vieillotte à l’intérieur.

It was great! The house is beautiful, the garden and the mountains magnificent! If you run into any issues André is super helpful! Make sure to check out our guestbook entry when you climb up to the tallest mountain top behind the property.

Great stay!

Very nice property. We were 21 people and made dinner every night to everyone. Very nice communication with the owner. Pictures are always a bit cleaner than the actuals but not a big difference. Very happy with the stay and could do this again if in the area!

A lovely week in an amazing house

André is a very friendly, helpful and generous host. The house is marvelous and perfekt for big groups and is surrounded by the most beautiful landskape. Our group of 20 people enjoyed our stay to the most and we would love to go back to this house. The small villages near Prati Piani has really nice restaurants and the beach in Arma di Taggia is perfect and only 45 min away. Thank you André for an unforgettable week!

Auffahrtsweekend mit Freiwilligen Jugendlichen

Wir durften in Carpasio ein tolles Weekend verbringen. Die Lage (sehr abgelegen) war für unser Lager perfekt. Der Vermieter Andre war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden dieses Haus gerne wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank Andre, wir werden dieses Weekend sicher nie vergessen.

lieu magnifique. la maison répondait bien au besoins dun groupe en recherche de calme.

L'endroit est très beau au milieu de la nature. Nous avons trouvé la maison un peu vetuste mais avons bien profité de ce quelle offre comme loisirs.

Idyllische und bestens geeignet für einen schönen Urlaub.

Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten in der Natur und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für einen angenehmen Urlaub. Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub und Pizzaofen waren definitiv die Highlights des Urlaubs.
