"friendly personnel; I had issues with the coffee maker in the room; the cleaning lady helped out by bringing me a working replacement within minutes; great accommodation, spacious and clean, very close (across the street) to the airport; I'll choose it again! [ there was no pool or spa services, no gym either - but OK for the short term stay connecting to air travel]"

"The staff on the front desk are very helpful and welcoming asked questions about the city they were happy to help. The hotel is extremely clean, lovely well kept rooms. Had a issue with the pillow brought me a different one within 10 minutes. Hotel bar os excellent with a great sitting area out the back , food is fab also at the hotel bar. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay definitely recommend to anyone.."
