Important: please note that Carpinteria city builds a sand berm directly out front to protect beachfront properties from high surf events. The sand berm will obstruct the ocean view during the months it is in place which is typically from the end of November until the middle of March but this varies year to year. The condo is surrounded by landscaped patio areas for outdoor dining and barbequing.
