Welcome to tranquility! This cozy piece of paradise is in the perfect location just steps from Carpinteria State Beach—a mile long beach for swimming, surf fishing, tide pool exploring and just enjoying the sunshine!

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and the hidden queen size Murphy bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for two. This condo is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Enjoy a view of the ocean from the living room window or take a splash in the pool right downstairs! You can even grill some lunch or dinner by the pool as you enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is also fully equipped for preparing a full meal at home.

Carpinteria is a charming coastal community that is about a 15 minute drive south of Santa Barbara. This pedestrian friendly community is full of mom and pop shops, cafes and antique stores to explore. The main street leads to Carpinteria State Beach which has been dubbed “the world's safest beach.” This quaint beach community is a perfect vacation spot! Once you visit, you will want to make this a regular family tradition year after year at Sandyland Shores!

Great location!
Very clean, cute apartment. Well appointed. Location can’t be beat. Pool was a nice plus. Short walk to beach. Apartment did get warm during the day since it does not have air conditioning. Once the windows are open and the ceiling fans are on, it cools down. Carpinteria is such a special little beach town. Great vacation spot for a family.

Summer fun!
This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. It’s really nicely equipped with a comfy bed. The location is wonderful with a partial ocean view! It was amazing to walk across the street to the beach and relax or stay in. It was a quick walk to the main shops and restaurants in Carpentaria. Super cute little beach town. I loved it and the condo:) Everything you need is right there. I enjoyed my stay very much and hope to come back soon!!
