“Such a cozy place to stay. Loved it. ”

“Solid place. Excellent job running a few ACs that kept the place in the lower 70s during the day and down into the mid 60s if desired at night….on some upper 90s scorchers. Clean. Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to cook. Perfect location for Horsetooth and all the good riding North/West/South of town. Nice little backyard patio are with a grill to hang out on, and enough space indoors to feel like you spread out, relax and hangout even with a group of 6-10. Host was prompt with……

“The level of attention to detail in regards to the design of the home was very impressive and it felt like an oasis. The only downsides were 1) we ran out of toilet paper and there were only 2 of us staying there, and 2) One of the bedrooms didn’t have a door, which seemed odd to not even put a curtain there for privacy. But we loved the house so much and it was just two of us, so it wasn’t a huge issue for us. Just worth noting. ”

“We loved this house with all it's cute charm. The patio was so peaceful to spend enjoying our morning tea. Not far from downtown, within walking distance. Parking was on the street or the driveway. Great communication with the owner. Will definitely be back again!”

“We were in town to go to a concert at Mishawaka Amphitheater. The location of this unit was ideal. It was walkable to Old Town where you could eat, shop or enjoy the buskers. It had a very upbeat vibe. The unit was equipped with everything you would need including the use of a washer and dryer downstairs. We will be sure to stay here again if we are in town and it is available.”

“It was a nice, relaxing weekend to disconnect. Lana and Morgan were amazing hosts and the breakfast was delicious, every morning. Even after the snow and our car not being able to make it out, they called their neighbors to help get us out! ”

“We had a great stay in Fort Collins. This house was a nice fit for my family and even had a fenced yard to let our fur babies outside when needed. The neighborhood was also nice to walk in and seemed friendly and safe. We had a little glitch with self checkin since the provided code didn’t work but Dawn responded within a reasonable time frame and got us in successfully. We enjoyed hiking at Lory state park and the sunset view at Duncan’s ridge. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house from……

“My daughter and I stayed here. It is a beautiful place! Well decorated. Well stocked. And the washer was the best unplanned bonus! We had to wash quite a few of our clothes to be ahead of the curve when we got home. The hot tub was amazing! And after all of the stress of preparing for the wedding, planning, running around, dancing, food and wine, it was a welcoming relaxing time!Beds are super comfy! And the extra blankets were great for cozying up on the couch to catch up on Emails! ”
