The perfect size if you're looking to get out and about in Fort Collins - would advise something larger if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors during your stay. “The cottage was just as listed. It was conveniently located close to CSU campus, Old Town and plenty of restaurants. We had all the amenities we needed to be comfy and sleep well! Lynn is a great Host and easy to communicate with. I stayed with my mom and gave her the downstairs bedroom. I slept in the loft, and was careful going up and down the spiral stairs, though they were adorable and a practical use of the space, they're not for anyone unsteady on their feet. Overall, highly recommend……

“The house was super cute; it was close to Old Town, the Poudre Trail, and only a few minutes from CSU. Big Wins! We liked the hot tub and overall the house in general. I have two minor issues - there was not a blow dryer and with a house full of ladies, that was challenging - I have never been to a VRBO rental that did not have one. :( Also, I booked through VRBO - yet the property manager was communicating through Lodgify which I do not have an account to and that caused confusion and some……

“The cabin was nice and homey. Karen and Al were so friendly and were the first thing we were greated by after a 12 hour drive. Karen was very helpful over the phone answering any questions I had. Other than that I did not see much of them. There property is beautiful and I'm so glad we got to see it when it was raining as it made it even more a rare site for city people like myself and my partner. The hottub was a nice thing we used every night to relax after site seeing every day. It over all……

The rooftop patio with hot tub was delightful except I was not able to enjoy the hot tub my first night - the water was more warm than hot, and when I messaged the host, he explained the cleaning crew had changed out the water and it would take a few hours to heat up properly.
