「Room was not clean. 2 dirty, used towels in the bathroom. Hair in the bathtub. Furniture was dusty and sticky. Has to wash the desk off so we could eat our dinner. Went down to front desk to share my concerns and get clean towels. The rely was, "ok". Then went back to his computer. I do not recommend this hotel.」

「Experience was good very good. Staff were very helpful when we asked for table fan. They gaves sugestions of local restarunts. Breakfast was decent, my kid enjyed them. They gave 1 hour extension too. This is very very close (2 minutes drive) to cosmo place in laval and centropolis mall. Smal Kitchen helps cook baby food and tv had lot of options. Plenty parking.」

「Housekeeping staff were unprofessional, we repeatedly requesting towels without a response. The bed was not made the following day and the room was not cleaned. I had to go to reception both days to obtain additional towels.」
