Beautiful golf course and ocean views

Very large, open and light filled family area with views from the golf course to the sea. Our family of 4 generations loved looking at the kangaroos that gathered on the course each day. An easy walk to the Golf Club for a drink, but we preferred cooking a bbq on the spacious balcony. Highly recommend

Great Spot

Nice place, convenient location, close to the beach and hills for all outdoor activities. Also conveniently located right next to the Links for a quick beer at the bar or meal in the restaurant. Very comfortable relaxing stay.

Relaxing summer getaway

House was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location is good along golf course and convenient activities nearby - tennis courts and playground/pool although permission required to use them. Beaches and shops are a short drive away. We loved our stay and would happily return.

lovely location

Located alongside LadyBay Golf course we enjoyed the sights of the kangaroos and the short drive to the beach. New, tidy and quite well equipped. It lacks a few touches which makes it more homely. And airconditioning is not installed in the master bedroom which was an issue in the middle of summer.

A great place to stay

Conveniently located close to Links Lady Bay golf club, Normanville and the fantastic beaches of Carrickalinga, this modern and well equipped home had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Definitely recommend staying here if you like the opportunity to experience a different days activities, after enjoying the views from the balcony from the evening before followed on by breakfast in the morning.

Enjoyable stay!

The house was lovely, very spacious, the view was beautiful, the kitchen had everything needed. The only downfalls was the bbq was dirty and didnt have any gas, no wifi and no air conditioning downstairs ( kids room needed fan at least) as it was a hot weekend. Overall experience was great 😊

Big comfortable home

We had a lovely stay at this property with family and friends. The home was spacious, clean and had everything we needed (except a teapot!). The large open plan kitchen, living and dining area is great. Lots of kangaroos to watch from the balcony. The lack of Wifi was frustrating at times. The biggest draw back for us was the position. The listing says 'Carrickalinga' and the location pin places the property a few streets back from the beach in Carrickalinga (7 minutes walk it says) so that is where we thought we would be. But we were shocked to find we were in Normanville nowhere near the beach and set quite a way back in a new housing development. It was fine but not at all what we expected when we booked. Very disappointing that the location pin was so inaccurate.
