「非常棒，服務人員非常親切貼心，我們外出玩水回來洗完澡之後，馬上就有人來幫我們清理房間，隨時保持很舒適。飯店的人員非常有禮貌，飯店的地理環境非常方便，前方就有一塊小海灘小朋友可以玩水，靠近老街可以逛。可能是飯店的位置靠近海邊，所以自來水的水質有一點不夠清澈，但是沒有其他大問題。」

「The room was clean, toiletries provided. The view from the dining room is stuning. The man in charge of the breakfast and the hotel in the morning is amazing. He went the extra mile to make us comfortable and taken care of. He is amazing. The stay was great. 5 stars, A+ My husband forgot his crossbody bag in the hotel with documents and money. He took care of the bag and nothing was missing from it. Definitele will stay again when we visit the area. 」

「There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.」

「From the minute I booked our stay until we left, we received exceptional service. Loris and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make our arrival, stay and departure smooth and problems free. Our room has a beautiful view, a fridge and everything we needed for our 2 nights. There is a terrace overlooking the square where we enjoyed breakfast, bought at a nearby deli, and a glass of wine at night. It is just steps from the train station. 「This hotel has the perfect location in Lerici. We had an amazing view from our terrace and really enjoyed our stay there and hope to return. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A great place to stay.」

「We were there last year. Still wonderful but breakfast was a little sparse. No eggs and bacon like last year and little rolls. Lara was particularly excellent! 」

「I have to say, Albergo Birillo has the best staff and breakfast. This hotel has no lift. Their staff, a girl, helped us carry our >30 Kg luggage to 2nd floor (it's 3rd floor in other country). The breakfast is wonderful. I will recommend you to stay here.」
