「Very happy」

「We (wife and two boys 9yo) have been coming to Cranmore for the last three years but have never stayed in the Fairbanks lodge. The property was beautiful, BJ (owner/manager) was super responsive…even going out of his way to get us in well ahead of check-in time. All in all it was a great experience. Look forward to booking again. 」

「Great weekend!」

「Property was great and was decently clean, though the carpets either need a deep clean or need to be replaced in parts. I normally wouldn't have noticed, but I was on the ground a lot with a toddler. Everything else was clean including the kitchen, bathrooms, all surfaces, and linens. Super close to Storyland and other area attractions. Kitchen was well equipped to do breakfast and dinner each day we were there. Pools on the property were great and nice and clean. 「Check in was super easy! Condo complex is quiet and unit was just as described. This is one of the cleanest units we have stayed in! A/C units worked well for us as it was very hot during our stay. Condo is nicely appointed with all you would need including strong wifi. They even leave ice tray full so you have ice cubes. Choice of drip or Keurig coffee machines. Furnishings were up to date and comfy. Linens were high quality and the bathroom towels were so soft! This is a first floor end unit...

「This property is everything that is advertised. It was very clean and very comfortable. Read the rules on the refrigerator it can be very helpful in taking a hot shower. I didn’t so my shower was a little chilly. The rules will instruct you where the circuit breaker is for the hot water heater.」

「Condo location was great, with a slopeside ski rack at the end of the condo building we were able to drop in to the unit throughout the day to warm up, eat, etc. Parking was easy, check in easy, and the condo met expectations for a loved ski condo. Bigger living area than I expected. Happy with the stay.」

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
