「Clean and excellent staff , tub drain very slow and we didn’t realize till later our door didn’t lock when we left the room, nothing stolen of course but we could only lock it from the inside but we alerted the staff so it could be fixed , very quiet place and we would consider a revisit 」

「Wow, this property and staff were awesome! This is definitely a 4-5 star hotel!! The only bad things was that they would run out of pool towels all of the time but the staff was still awesome about that!! Thankyou for a lovely stay with my kids!! And the hours of the pool were awesome, breakfast was till 10am every morning even on a weekday, and checkout wasn’t until noon. So relaxed and comfortable!」

「The Hampton Inn Heath is overall very good. I have just two minor quibbles. The first is that in-room microwaves are available rather than standard. It seems that they have to be specifically requested in advance. The second is that the placement of the soap dispenser in the bathroom is frankly bizarre and may be very awkward for shorter people. I should also note that the hotel is directly in the landing path of the nearby regional airport. Fortunately, we were not able to hear any planes...
