The studio has everything you would need for a quick getaway- comfortable bed with a down blanket, walk in shower, towels, toiletries, smart TV, kitchenette to prep a meal.
Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, state buildings, or take a stroll through historic Carson.
Local hiking and biking trails within 2-3 min, 20-30 min to Reno and Lake Tahoe. 5 min to Carson City Hot springs, 22 min to Walleys Hot Springs.
Enjoy the shared backyard space with Redwood deck, gazebo and pellet heater.

Excellent, like home
Everything perfect, neat fenced yard with a vegetable garden, they’ve thought of everything you might want or need. Very quiet and comfortable, couple minute walk to capital and brewery’s, restaurants. I will definitely be back.

Carson City
This location was absolutely perfect, it’s so safe and close to the government buildings. Filipp was wonderful to work with. Everything was clean, organized and updated. I want to shout out the fact that he genuinely helped me during a very difficult time while I was in town for a family emergency. I would recommmend anyone looking to stay in Carson city to stay at their location. I will look stay there the next time I’m in town!

Quiet, Clean and Modern
Overall our stay was nice. Just one overnight. The location is on a quiet street. The studio is big enough and bathroom is well appointed. the property overall is very nice and the 'historic' cottage was in great condition. Our communication with the owner/manager was great as we did have one hiccup with the web access. It seems VRBO did not have the correct password listed and that was problematic in solving over the course of an hour when we were only in the unit for 14 hours total - most of those sleeping. Lots of parking but no directions on where to park since the building contains two rental units and not sure if we were to park on the street or in the driveway. The studio was very quiet but there was no one in the attached unit so not sure how sound travels if there were four (?) other guests next door. The other two items that were at all not entirely 100% was directions to the unit weren't clear and created just slight confusion. While we enjoy Carson City, the restaurant selection is pretty poor on a Tuesday night. Seems they roll up the carpets early most nights for any good dining and don't bother rolling any carpets out on Tuesday nights. Overall, knowing all this now, we'd definitely stay again as it was very comfortable, clean, modern and nice...just not on a Tuesday.
