“Very unique stay! Had planes in the front yard and trains in the back yard. Jon, the host, was generous enough to talk to us about his flying passion, planes and his business. Kids would love it. We enjoyed going through all the unique decor in the home. This was a lovely experience.”

“If you’re traveling with dogs, this place is a gem. The house is spacious and comfortable (3 bedrooms), the main bedroom has a very comfy king bed, and the kitchen is big and fully equipped. The living room was cozy and we loved the table tennis setup in the garage.The location is perfect — about 20 minutes to the Palo Duro Canyon State Park entrance and still convenient to Amarillo. But the best part for us was the land: 5 acres gave our dogs plenty of safe space to roam around the house……

“This was a last minute booking for us and exactly what we wanted. We loved the view! It was amazing looking over Sunday Canyon. Just outside the Palo Duro State Park gate. A short drive to Canyon and Amarillo. The house is vintage as stated. It has a lot of antiques throughout. The artwork by Carl J Smith is phenomenal. I had to run to Google to look him up. We experienced high winds, rain, fog, sunshine-and loved every minute of it from the front deck looking over the canyon or to keep warm……

“This property was perfect for our transition from Oregon to Texas. Had everything we needed, spaceious for being a tri-plex. Nice yard. The detatched garage was very convient. “This home was perfect for our overnight in Amarillo! Spotlessly clean upon arrival, helpful communication from hosts, comfortable bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, toys and games for the kids, a fantastic backyard space for hanging out (complete with a bball hoop), many thoughtful touches throughout the house, and close to several restaurants and coffee shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This will be my number one choice for any future stays in the area!”

“We had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Great communication with the property manager. We had a nice 1/2 mile walk to Wal-Mart for a few essentials needed. The neighborhood was quiet which worked for us. We were in town for a funeral and were able to host some family members for a meal. Overall a great stay.”

“Super comfortable and clean home! My family had a great time staying here for 3 nights in January. The house has everything you need and we especially enjoyed using the hot tub, game room, barbeque and outdoor games. The beds were also super comfortable and the heater kept the home warm and cozy. The hosts were super friendly, attentive and accommodating and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will try to book again next time we are in Amarillo. ”
