“El restaurante muy malo, el desayuno no estuvo mal pero un día nos quedamos a cenar y nos fue muy mal, nos pasaron una ensalada con tomates dañados, y en general la comida pésima. Adicional una noche tuvimos un malestar que asumimos podía ser una fuga de gas, pedimos cambio de habitación lo cual fue atendido, enseguida mejoramos.”

“Solo una observación, fue difícil llegar al hotel, ni los taxistas sabían la ubicación, al parecer este hotel tiene 3 meses y la fachada no se encuentra con nombre del hotel, más bien es una casa habilitada como hotel.”

“The property is indefinite disrepair, but location is not the best according to what I have found out and when you let them know upfront that you’re going to have a late checkout, they don’t disclose that they are going to switch you to a totally different room that was so hot that I could not even relax the rest of the day and I had to pay them an extra 50,000 pesos just to wait around to go to the airport never again while I stay at this place I don’t recommend anybody staying in this……

“I was charged 20% when I reserved online but when I arrived neither Expedia nor Holiday Inn responded for the payment. They blaimed on each othe and I had to pay in full. A total rip off. ”

“La courtoisie, disponibilité et diligence du personnel. Environnement propre. Pas apprécié que certains personnes fument dans la terrace extérieur à côté de non fumeurs. Merci”

“If you are traveling to Cartagena with your family, including kids. It is the best and only option. It is not a bad hotel but a bit pricey for what they offer. The food it is ok, but expensive. Not worth it. The service was mmm. I had amazing aid from some employees but a really bad attitude from others. Still plenty of room to better things”

“It wasn't so much about the staff or the actual hotel itself. I just didn't feel comfortable in the neighborhood in which the hotel was located. I felt as a tourist insecure in terms of what was happening around the hotel so I never stayed there”

“The stay was great. The only downside was troubles with TVs not working but the host got them working the following day. The Wi-Fi was unstable and the pool and beach close very early. The property was very conveniently located on a strip with grocery stores and small convenient stores.”
