“Great experience/Vacation, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was really good as well, highly recommend Seaside Grills catch of the day, we can’t stop thinking about it! Only downside of this resort was there wasn’t a built in pool bar or people offering excursions, very calm resort. Other than that 10/10! Shout out to Jesus, Naileth and Luis who took great care of us and had the drinks flowing!”

“I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense. It genuinely felt like having my own place, which made it easy to relax from the start. The lagoon was another highlight. “The property is indefinite disrepair, but location is not the best according to what I have found out and when you let them know upfront that you’re going to have a late checkout, they don’t disclose that they are going to switch you to a totally different room that was so hot that I could not even relax the rest of the day and I had to pay them an extra 50,000 pesos just to wait around to go to the airport never again while I stay at this place I don’t recommend anybody staying in this……

“A hidden gem in Manzanillo! Casa Romero exceeded my expectations — clean, comfortable rooms with great air conditioning, access to the kitchen, pool, and excellent service. “The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening.……
