“My family has visited this property for 5 consecutive year. People are nice, good food, and it is too easy for visiting the city. This year caught our attention the reduction of services and amenities in the area of “Torre Del Mar” . For example, the restaurant do not work from Monday to Thursday, so everyone must go to “Casa Playa” for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. “The property is indefinite disrepair, but location is not the best according to what I have found out and when you let them know upfront that you’re going to have a late checkout, they don’t disclose that they are going to switch you to a totally different room that was so hot that I could not even relax the rest of the day and I had to pay them an extra 50,000 pesos just to wait around to go to the airport never again while I stay at this place I don’t recommend anybody staying in this……
