The staff was amazing. The unit was nice. I rented an apartment for 2 weeks. I did not have any silverware. I only had I roll of paper towels and toilet paper. I was told that I would have to purchase any additional that I would need. Also, I booked a room that specifically had a king size bed. My unit had a full size bed. I talked to the hotel staff about the issue. They told me that the issue was with Expedia since I booked through them. I contacted Expedia immediately, and did not receive any communications from them.

Pague por un alojamiento de mayor categoría, elegí el precio más elevado de todas las opciones publicadas en Expedia. A mi llegada me asignaron una habitación básica y que no coincidía en nada con la descripción, tampoco imágenes publicadas. Y me informaron que StayQ Dominique trabaja así… te asignan lo que tengan disponible en el momento. Así que cuidado!!!! No elijas lo más caro … porque les dará igual a tu llegada te alojarán en lo que la Administración y chicas de recepción deseen. Culparán a Expedia … pero debo decir que tengo 15 años siendo usuaria de Expedia y estos JAMÁS ME HABLA SUCEDIDO. Pésimo servicio y gestión de incidencias.

It is not the first time I stayed at the Dominique building with my husband and son. But it is the first time with this host bad experience. With Dominque stay Q . The apartment was not clean didn’t have enough toilet paper and garbage bags. In this apt you can even find a hint of salt or sugar. The bathroom was dirty as it shows on picture I send to the host. The bathroom had hair on the drain and the floor was so dirty after walking bare foot for 3 minutes. For the price we paid and for the rush the host enfasize of charging for the entrance bands $10 dollars and 50$ worth for cleaning we felt they are on top of the charging but not on top of making the guess feel welcome and confortable. After sending the pictures to the host Valentina, a cleaning lady came to ask for the pictures I sent but not to clean the bathroom. The air conditioning filters were smelling like mold and the humidity an mold shows on the wall living room going to the balcony. The bed was very sloppy made as if someone was rushing to clean only one sheet on the bed and one comforter smelling weird, pillows were dirty without covers smelling to sweat. My husband felt the mattress smell weird this also didn’t have a matresss protector fortunately was a washer machine. I don’t recommend this host.

Someone came into my room and stole my wife's credit card, cash and sunglasses. The property didn't really do much to help, except recommend that I check next door to see if anyone can be seen on the store camera and keep them informed. I found a lawyer, went to the prosecutor's office and opened a case. Not one time did they communicate with me for a update or resolution. In addition, nothing was on schedule, they were coming to clean on a specific day, showed up 2 days later. Everything took awhile to be resolved, while the property manager was given information that wasn't true, about when things were done or maybe not.

Piden pagar por brazalete más caro de lo que está en internet. Y solicitan pagar por limpieza la cual no sirve pues el piso estaba sucio y los pies quedaron negros, los cojines sucios, el sofá estaba asqueroso. El vigilante se cree dueño del edificio y no permitió entrar a mi sobrina que venía a ayudarme a empacar por una lesión en mi mano.

The property was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and a jacuzzi. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient for meal preparation. There was a small grocery store and several restaurants nearby, adding to the convenience. The beach was also within close proximity, enhancing the overall experience. Excursions were available at nearby hotels, which we discovered by chance on our last day. It would have been helpful to know about these options earlier. It's worth noting that each apartment is independently owned, and unfortunately, we experienced issues with the hot water for both the shower and the jacuzzi during our stay. As a first-time traveler, I would have appreciated a list of local activities or suggestions for things to do in the area to help enhance the experience. Additionally, the building has a no-guest policy, which is important to be aware of.

The water to take a shower was always cold never got warm even the hot tub was cold. Also, I was suppose to have a working washer and dryer and there was no dryer and it was complicated to get anything dried. I wouldn’t come here again.

Sehr schlecht organisiert – das Wachpersonal behandelt die Gäste unfreundlich und respektlos. Die Rezeption ist wenig hilfsbereit und scheint überfordert zu sein. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um Airbnb-Apartments mit unterschiedlichen privaten Eigentümern, was jegliche Hotel-Atmosphäre vermissen lässt – stattdessen fühlt es sich eher wie ein Gefängnis an. Die Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig, die Möbel sind abgenutzt, und es fehlt an grundlegender Ausstattung wie einem Geschirrspüler. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Excelente apartamento e estrutura do condomínio. Equipe bem treinada. Cuidado com as massagens que sem nenhum aviso prévio, cobram taxa do cartão e a equipe administradora fala em ajudar com dicas, mas não se esforça muito.

The beds need to be updated. Very uncomfortable. Some utensils had mold. The coffee machine cannot be used because it had mold inside. The jacuzzi was also with mold. Apartment needs to be clean better.

Cuando llegamos a el apartamento no era para nada lo que se ve en la fotos aquí en expedia. Los muebles de la sala eran baratos y las camas de los cuartos duras e incomodas. Los utensilios y las ollas de la cocina estaban viejos y dañados. En los alrededores no hay muchas opciones para comer, sobretodo si vas en familia. Cabe resaltar que el servicio de parte de los empleados del edificio fue excelente. Le comentamos sobre nuestro disgusto al ver que no era lo que se presentaba en las fotos y ellos muy amablemente nos acomodaron los cuarto para que así estuviéramos mas cómodos. La lavadora que tenía el apartamento era muy pequeña a penas pudimos lavar ropa. Las toallas no las cambian, uno mismo tiene que lavarlas y por tener una lavadora tan pequeña solo pudimos lavar 3, éramos 5 personas. En si la experiencia fue buena pero en dueño del apartamento debería invertir $ en el para que así sus huéspedes tengan una mejor experiencia. Servicio al cliente excelente. En lo demás, no lo recomendaría sobretodo si vas a viajar en familia.
