Peguei um quarto com vista para o "nada", uma área técnica, eles não mostram esse quarto nas imagens portanto me senti enganado. o bar da piscina não estava funcionando em pleno os dias do final de 2025 e início de 2026. O espaço do Rooftop foi alugado para uma festa particular onde não podíamos ter acesso.O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido, tive que reclamar algumas vezes e só foi desentupido 2 dias depois.

Excelente! Localização com facilidade para ir a diversos pontos a pé, tanto na vida noturna quanto para turismo. A vista é incrível! Atendimento excelente, limpeza perfeita, café da manhã bom e feito na hora, restaurante está em reforma mas a comida é boa também. O prédio é restaurado e com uma decoração linda, muito bom gosto. Tem elevador, muito segura a localização, os banheiros com água quente e chuveiro gostoso, assim como a cama é muito confortável.

Excelente localização em Cartagena

Hotel estilo colonial. Prédio histórico, porém todo reformado e muito bem decorado. Quartos e banheiros reformados e uma sacada com vista incrível para a cidade amuralhada e torre do relógio. Café da manha simples com o básico, servido no lindo átrio do prédio. Durante nossa estadia havia uma obra publica na calçada em frente ao hotel, o que não atrapalhou sua utilização.

The room was out of date and generally below average (low water pressure, peeling paint, no ironing board). However, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive and the view was unbeatable.

It’s an old hotel, and some staff could be friendlier but for the price this was a great deal. Room cleaners did an awesome job, rooftop is beautiful and very friendly staff there and at the restaurant. The building is very old and there is a slight whiff of mold and dampness. But hey, for the price it was fabulous, and hot water in the shower which is not a guarantee in some of the fanciest hotels in Cartagena. The bed very comfortable! And small, but smart tv, which was a nice touch. The location is unbelievable!
