「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...

「Breakfast was Colombian style—eggs, arepas, patacones (crushed fried green plantain chips), local bakery bread, fruit (pineapple, papaya, watermelon). Juice was fresh passionfruit, but they also had hot coffee and chocolate. The rooms have A/C but the interior of the hotel does not (this appears to be a large, private home converted to a hotel). Rooms were clean but there was no hot water—however, considering the very hot weather of Cartagena, it was adequate. There is a pool on the property...

「Mi experiencia en este hotel fue completamente decepcionante y, sinceramente, no lo recomendaría en absoluto. La calidad de la comida es pésima. No solo es de muy baja calidad, sino que además no existe variedad alguna en las opciones disponibles. Prácticamente comes lo mismo o te quedas sin alternativas aceptables. Para el precio que se paga, esto es inaceptable. Para empeorar la situación, sufrimos un apagón durante el día que duró más de 10 horas. No hubo una respuesta clara ni soluciones...
