Amazing view of the valley. Aleida made our stay even better. She was friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast that was included was delicious.

Staying here for 2 days was the best part of our trip to Costa Rica! We were treated like family! Albert Alonso the owner is a wonderful chef and he makes everything himself. From bread to pizza, pies and everything in between. He also went over and beyond and called around to find a personal guide to show us around the area that was honest and trustworthy. Thank you to the Alonso family!

Diese Lodge hatte bestimmt schon bessere Zeiten! Die Zimmer waren recht einfach gehalten, genau wie das Frühstück! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht den Gästen Ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen! Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass wir kein Wasser hatten! Auf unsere Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass dies zur Zeit wegen der Straßen Bauarbeiten erst wieder am späten Nachmittag verfügbar sei! Was auch so war! Leider hörte man am frühen Morgen, wie sich andere Gäste gegenseitig fragten, ob Sie Wasser im Bad hätten! Und da war wieder das Problem, kein Wasser und das am frühen Morgen! Wenn man so etwas als Gastgeber weiß, dann könnte man ja den Gästen schon vorher eine Nachricht senden oder Wasser in Gallonen zur Verfügung stellen, wenigstens für die Morgentoilette! Trotzdem vielen Dank!

Bom pra Descansar

O hotel fica praticamente na zona rural da cidade. Bom pra descansar. Cama boa, café da manhã simples, mas bom. Faltou um ar condicionado no quarto pra melhorar o conforto e as hidromassagens não estavam funcionando.

El lugar está casi abandonado, sucio, el restaurante no funciona, solo hay dos personas en el hotel. Muy ineficientes y poco amables. Las cabañas no tienen agua caliente, tienen un calentador que se conecta en la regadera pero no funciona bien y le salen chispas, tengo un video de eso. Además el hotel se cierra y las cabañas quedan en el estacionamiento por lo que la seguridad no es muy buena, además la zona se siente insegura. Pedimos de comer en el restaurante, estaba cerrado pero nos hizo algo de comer la recepcionista, comida muy cara y muy mala, prácticamente un recalentado de ravioles congelados con una salsa de lata. Reservamos dos noches y sólo nos quedamos una por la mala experiencia. Lo único bueno del hotel es la vista.

El lugar es bonito pero si esta retirado de los sistemas de transporte, si llegas a necesitar taxi o Uber tardan mucho en llegar, el agua para bañarse nunca estuvo caliente y si se los comente a los del hotel , salia agua media tibia y si estaba el clima con frio y era para estar bañandose con agua muy caliente y mi factura aun no me la envian.

Great views

stayed 1 night. Room was clean and tidy but basic, just a king bed and 1 bedside table and tv. No closet or drawers just some open shelving, no coffee maker or fridge. Suited us for a short 1 night stay. We ate at the onsite restaurant but had to order by 5.30 pm as the food was served at 6pm latest. Breakfast included was basic but ok for 1 day. Lovely views from the property but an unmade stretch of road to get there so a high vehicle recommended. Overall would recommend for a short stay.

Enjoyed our stay

The place was nice and the staff really nice too. The room was as expected. The towels needed a hot wash and the jacuzzi wasn’t operating like it showed in the picture. No biggie. The place is beautiful and fairly quiet. I slept well.

Alles klopt in het hotel, het was echter stil qua gasten en het ligt ook ‘in the middle of no where. De zwembaden waren leeg, maar het was in de avond ook koud. De douche was lauw, dat was echt een domper

Both jacuzzi were not working. There were not even chairs in the deck. We paid for a room with balcony but it was a lie, they considered the front hallway a balcony but it is not. They all have the same hallway. Room was tight in space. Not worth the price we paid. It included breakfast but by 10 am they told us, no more breakfast, it was served until 9 am. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone, not for that price.

Me cobraron $10 dólares adicionales por haber reservado a través de este medio. Lo justificaron aduciendo que cuando es a través de ustedes tienen que pagar una comisión y que esa comisión se la trasladan al cliente. primera ves que me hacen un cobro adicional por haber reservado a través de una aplicación.La cama matrimonial eran 2 camas dobles unidas con una separación al centro. Pésimo desayuno.

Sehr schicker Blick

Der Empfang war irgendwie komisch und unpersönlich! Es wird NUR spanisch gesprochen und man hat einen etwas fremd wirkenden Umgangston! Trotzdem entgegenkommender früher Checkin! Die Anlage und der Blick würden mit etwas Gastfreundlichkeit und Umsicht zu einem Highlight werden! Leider wurde uns am leeren Hottop und dem kleinen wasserlosen Jacuzzi nur der erahnte Badespass mit Ausblick zuteil. Alles wirkte irgendwie unpersönlich und wenig einladend (die Liegen (neu und echt bequem) waren abgehängt) und die Stühle wurden erst nach unserer Ankunft im Hof spärlich verteilt, während der Besitzer sein Auto mit dem Hochdruckreiniger sauber machte und die zumindest schöne Ruhe irgendwie etwas störte! Eine tolle Anlage mit genialem Blick und durchaus ansprechende Zimmern (das Bad riecht komisch und die Handtücher sind auch nicht so lecker). Kleine Lampen fehlen - wenig (schönes) Licht keine Fernbedienung im Zimmer für den Fernseher - die vorherigen Bewertungen treffen aber i.d.R. Sowas von zu!!!! Frühstück ok mit Früchten - viel zusätzlicher Kram für ordentlich Geld - reicht aber alles auch so! Zusammenfassend hat diese Unterkunft ein wahnsiniges Potential!

sans aucun interet

très mauvais rapport qualité prix, pt dej médiocre (tout est avec supplément). Chambre facturée avec un taux de change prohibitif qui augmente le tarif annoncé de 10%. Pour un prix équivalent nous avons des hôtels luxueux avec un super pt dej dans des zones pourtant beaucoup plus touristiques. A fuir.
