“This is the third time I have stayed with NH Marbella, but the first since the refurbishment. The room was lovely, clean and roomy, I was pleased to see that a kettle and coffee machine had been included in the room as this was not the case a couple of years ago - makes such a difference also small touches like free bottled water and chocolates in your room each day was nice. “We drove a long way to the hotel and checked in merely at midnight without having our dinner yet. Thou the kitchen was closed but the staffs were really care about our situation and did anything they can do. I love their rooms. Each room has its own balcony or small garden to enjoy the swimming pool view. The bar by the swimming pool arranges DJ or Live music performances several times a week at evening. It really gives you a holiday enjoyable moment while you sitting at the balcony or the bar,……

“Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. ”
