Very comfortable accommodation

Very comfortable accommodation. Everything was perfectly prepared for us. Beautiful swimming pool and very nice Spanish house. What's more, the owner of this house was so kind and helpful for us. We want to recommend this house to everybody!

Thank you very much, Martin, for an amazing time in your house. It was very calm en relaxing. Beautiful pool and garden as well! The sound of the peacocks next door were hilarious by the way. :) We would definately recommend and would love to come back one day!

Great place..had everything our family needed and was well stocked with linen, towels and kitchen essentials. host was very friendly and helpful - felt like a home from home. I especially loved listening to the bird song in the mornings and as we stayed in February the stove was very cosy in the evenings. Great outdoor space day and night. track in his a bit rough so take extra care. super play park in nearby Cartama was a.hit with the kids

Property was on the smaller side (bedrooms were tight) but largely well kept, maybe a little bit tired around the pool area but not enough to cause any issues or lack of enjoyment. Handy location to visit lots of places in the surrounding areas. Hosts were accommodating to a couple of things we asked them and were on hand almost immediately if we had any questions/ issues. Martin (host/owner) was great if there was a problem and happy to have a chat and give ideas on things in the area (plus he runs a butchers nearby so his proper English sausages went down a storm on the bbq! )

A good place away from the tourist centers

Ideal to spend a few weeks on your own because all direct your neighbors are locals. The landlords are really nice and helpful. I have only a small thing to complain, you can't regulate the water temperature in the shower. That is a problem if you have smaller children. We have enjoyed 3 weeks in here and hope to see the landlords one day again! Thank you for everything!

We hebben een super verblijf gehad! De weg naar het huisje toe was wat wennen maar eenmaal aangekomen hebben we enorm genoten! Martin en zijn familie waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De woning is wel way verouderd, wat we overigens niet erg vonden. Wel goed om te weten dat hier nog koperen leidingen zijn. Witte zwemkleding of het gebruik van de wasmachine verkleurd hierdoor de kleding, groen. Ik zou de wasmachine daarom niet aanraden, het gehele verblijf verder wel! Top week gehad!

Super séjour chez Martin. Nous avons eu la chance qu'il est joueur et passionné de golf. Martin est venu suivre mon garçon lors de sa compétition. Merci. Excellente communication et discrétion. Maison privée (non isolée), au calme, confortable, belle piscine, Netflix, chauffage/climatisation, à proximité des commerces et de l'autoroute. Pour accéder au logement, ne pas venir avec une voiture de sport (voiture basse), mais avec une voiture normale, SUV. L'accès est vallonné et n'est pas goudronné. Rien sur le logement. Seulement l'accès, mais cela ne dépend pas de Martin. Au moins, nous sommes au calme et tranquille.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Cartama. Zunächst möchte ich die positiven Aspekte hervorheben:1. Martin ist ein super netter Host und jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich um alles.2. Man ist absolut für sich und das war genau das was wir wollten.3. technische Ausstattung super, alles was man braucht ist da und funktioniert auch.4. der Pool ist toll und Martin kümmert sich top darum! Nun die wenigen Dinge, die meiner Meinung nach verbesserungsfähig sind:1. Insgesamt ist das Interieur in die Jahre gekommen und hat hier und da Blessuren und es riecht dadurch auch im Haus etwas „alt“.2. für uns zu dritt war das Haus ausreichend, aber mit 4 Personen oder mehr ist es meiner Meinung nach fast zu klein. 3. Im Badezimmer wäre es schön wenn mehr Ablageflächen vorhanden wären.4. Ein zusätzliches Sonnensegel am Pool wäre toll. Ebenso eine Erneuerung der kaputten Schattendächer auf der Terrasse und am Esstisch im Garten.Insgesamt war der Urlaub sehr erholsam und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus und Grundstück sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus und Grundstück sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Die Gartenmöbel haben schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, waren aber weitestgehend nutzbar.Pool relativ groß und sauber.Vermieter wirklich nett und hilfsbereit.Matratze des Betts war hinüber, wurde ohne Umschweife ausgetauscht.Schlafzimmer relativ klein, dadurch auch das Bett in der Größe begrenzt.Aber wir haben uns daran gewöhnt (waren fast 4 Wochen dort).Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, liegt mitten in einem Areal, eingesäumt von ähnlichen Grundstücken. Hatte ich mir vorher etwas offener vorgestellt, das kann man auf den Bildern oder auch auf dem Satellitenbild nicht eindeutig erkennen. komplett eingezäunt, Top für Hunde.Zufahrt wie schon von anderen geschrieben sehr holprig, aber das ist auf den Wegen abseits der Hauptstraße sehr häufig der Fall.Abschließend kann ich sagen, trotz allem haben wir die Zeit genossen.Nächstes mal dort unten werden wir etwas mehr Geld investieren, um ein etwas höherwertigeres Haus zu finden

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Martín.

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Martin et sa famille qui étaient toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. La maison était propre, les draps et serviettes neuves. La piscine et les arbres fruitiers de la propriété étaient juste magnifique. Un joli cadre calme et reposant. Petits bémols pour les insectes dans la piscine qu’il fallait ramasser assez souvent à l’épuisette ainsi que pour le chemin de terre pour accéder à la maison qui est un peu surprenant au début mais on s’y habitue. Merci pour ce beau séjour!

Nous avons ete tres bien accueilli dans une petite maison agreable et que nous nous sommes tres vite appropriée.les propriétaires sont des gens tres agreables plein de bonté et de bons conseils pour notre séjour.Ouverts et tres diponibles tout en restant discrets.L acces est un chemin non pavé, il faut juste bien connaitre son vehicule pas besoin de 4x4 mais non conseillé aux vhl rabaissés.on s y habitue tres vite.La maison est tres bien située à distance tres convenable de Malaga, Marbella, Mijas, caminito del rey (20 a 30 min en voiture) ideale pour découvrir cette partie de l ´Andalousie.Un peu plus loin pour Nerja(1h).Les routes ne sont pas encombrées meme pendant la feria. Pour le ravitaillement la ville de Cartama ou les supermarchés des alentours tres vite rejoins.Bonne literie, Clim, piscine, barbecue, petits coins exterieurs de vie tres sympas avec le necessaire pour récupérer au calme apres une bonne journée de visite.Le petit village de Cartama est joli avec plein de petits recoins a decouvrir (voir a la mairie pour les infos).Seuls bemols pas de lave vaisselle et besoin de la voiture car l´endroit est isolé mais c´est le prix du calme.Bref tres bon sejour et nous y retournerons très volontiers.Et encore merci aux proprietaires.M.BONETTE.

Casi todo Camino muy difícil y en mal estado, falta cosillas en la casa (tazón, jabón, ...)
