「Cute little cabin with covered patio under the elevated house. We were looking to stay on the familiar "crystal clear" Current River, but torrential rain brought the river high and turned it murky brown. It was still wonderful to be on the banks of the river, and the sun came out and the river cleared out for our last day.」

「This property was great and centrally located in Eminence! We walked down to the middle of town and down to the river. The location gave easy access to multiple river points just a short drive away. When arriving we felt very at home and very nostalgic with the decor that had been in place, we felt very at home and it reminded us of our childhood days. We love enjoying this small town and spent much of our time on it near the river. 」

「Was amazing and felt like home. Close to almost everything. Was nice to have a place that family could comee over and visit with us while we were there. Will be renting again hopefully later this summer when get to come up again to spend time on the river with family. 」

「Fantastic property and the gravel bar was amazing to relax on. Interior was nice and perfect size for a family with up to 4 kids, the bunk beds are easily full size mattresses! Amenities were nice and sheets and towels definitely clean. The back deck is amazing for morning coffee or peaceful evening and having the smart TVs made for great evening activities since we brought our switch. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!」

「Our family of 6 stayed here for two nights for a float trip. There was easy parking in front for both our vehicles in front. The kitchen had a good amount of counter space and full size fridge, which we were able to prepare and refrigerate our food. We appreciated having a washer/dryer available to wash and dry our wet things after the float. The air conditioning kept the house nice and cool on an extremely hot summer weekend. 「This is definitely a camping, kayaking, floating or horseback riding area. Bike and walking trails are not really marked or available. Small, friendly town with two restaurants we enjoyed. Small grocery there, too. 」

「The actual property is much nicer than the photos! I really love the screened-in porch with a swing as well as the seating area on the back deck. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location in the middle of town is perfect walking distance from one end to the other」
