“I cannot say enough positive about our stay here. It was a last minute booking for us, and host when above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I will, and have already, recommend this gem to anyone looking to stay in the Weatherford area. The hacienda was charming, the garden and pool were the relaxing break we were looking for, and the rural neighborhood was secluded while still being close enough to civilization to offer fun amenities.”

“We had 23 people at our family reunion from infants to teens to adults. There was plenty of room for sleeping accommodations, the kitchen area was sufficient, but the living room area or gathering space was a bit small. However we didn't let that stop us from having a great time. The swimming pool was smaller than the picture shows. There were a few minor changes and house upgrades that could be made to make the stay more enjoyable, but overall we had a great time and the host was always quick……

“This is our second time staying at this sweet farmhouse. The renovations and decor of the house are precious. We will always stay here when we come and visit our grandkids in Weatherford. Much better than a hotel! We had our grandkids stay over one night (ages 3 and 6). They loved the little room with the twin beds, running around the yard, swinging on the front porch swing and blowing bubbles on the back porch.”

“Martha was an excellent host, very quick to respond to questions and graciously accepted delivery of groceries and put away for us before our arrival. Home was nice, however was going through a remodel at time of our stay.”

“Our family is large, so it is difficult to find a place for us to enjoy time together. We appreciate the number of beds and baths ar Arcadia Resorts. With the heavy thunderstorms, we did have trouble with some of the amenities working currently. Management was responsive, but it difficult to get appliances serviced on the weekends. We improvised and used the air fryer when the control panel on the oven shorted. There were plenty of activities for the broad range in ages for our grandchildren. I……

“Our family badly needed a vacation, even if only for the weekend! We booked this for Father’s Day weekend. We had never stayed on Lake Weatherford before. We used to have a place on Possum Kingdom. This lake is smaller, but we had a blast on the dock, jumping in(not diving) chasing footballs that fell in the water, fishing, and jet skiing! My husband and I had a really good time jet skiing slow around the lake and looking at all the new builds. There are lots of new homes out here that are so……

“Lots to do at this property. House is nice, updated. Beds are comfortable . Showers are great . Host provided all the essential things which was very nice . Hot tub and outdoor TV were great . Host was extremely responsive and informative. Provided a lot of recommendations for things in the area. My only suggestion would be to tidy up a-little on the landscaping and out buildings . However, it did not really affect our stay .”

“Our stay in Azle was very nice. It was a blessing to be close to our son in Lake Worth, close to Fort Worth and yet in a pretty quiet setting. The property was very well maintained and very clean. We felt safe and secure at all times. Even though it backs up a pretty busy street during the day, it was quiet at night. I'd strongly recommend this property for location, value and management.”

“Enjoyed the house. Bathtub has a draining issue. Saw bugs in kitchen near sink. Master bedroom mattress is worn out. Not enough supplies for a five person family. Toilet paper, paper towels and air freshener. Also had to wait a really long time for entrance code. Place was listed and said fire pit and grill, never saw a fire pit. Other than that, it was great.”
