"Clean room but small. No separate bathroom, it is a sliding door for shower and toilet. Fine for couples. We were two adults and 1 child so it worked ok for us because of the bunk bed. It is a place to sleep after sightseeing all day. Nice atmosphere at the bar and restaurant. Lobby is small so lots of people hanging out with bags after checkout made it crowded. But location is fantastic and we were there to see theater shows and walk around. Easy to get to and easy access to subway."

"I was confused on the $40 daily food fee. It wasn’t explained to me well when I checked in. I thought it was an option. When I went to check out, I was told I had to “use it or lose it” so I had to rush to eat breakfast in order to meet that $40 to make a scheduled appointment. I don’t like finding out about hidden fees or things I’m required to use with the risk of being charged."
