不滿：職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
The hotel is really clean and nice and on Friday night my husband and I were talking about how we'd book again UNFORTUNATELY Saturday afternoon he left his wallet in the hotel room so we could go swimming at his sister's (Time frame we left at 2pm came back at 4pm) and his wallet was GONE! I gave everyone the benefit of the doubt though he KNOWS he left it on the desk in front of the bed and I asked the staff has anyone turned in a wallet 3 times each time they said no. I went up to the room and tossed our room a total of 3 times looking EVERYWHERE for the wallet even though as I said my husband KNEW he left that wallet on the desk with his belt. I asked the man at the front desk to check the cameras in that time frame to see who was in that room and he said the cleaning lady went in there for "housekeeping services" even though the trash was not changed, the bed was not made, and there had been no visible housekeeping duties done. Our wallet was just gone! I unfortunately had to call the authorities and give a statement and file a police report. We are beyond upset about this whole situation.
