When i arrived the room appeared to be clean but the farther a looked things were out of place. There were crumbs of some sort left on the bed sheets as if someone had been eat and dropped and continued to make up the bed. After requesting new shes to change out myself, i received a set that was too small for tbe bed all together. I just ended up sleeping on the flat sheets the entire time. There was no suppling of clean sheets without asking. I've never had an experience like this any where that ive visited before where they dont come freshen of the room for you. I doubt I'll be returning back.

The rooms were nice but we had to be moved twice to find a room with an internet connection so the TV would work. Room was nice but had a hard time regulating the room temp. Staff were nice and accommodating and comped our room for the trouble of moving us twice. When we came back to the room the second day our key wouldn’t work so the staff had to make a new one for us. OK to stay for a night or two but not a long stay. Also weak water pressure in the bathroom.

Staff was okay, neither overly friendly or rude. The room had a layer of dust on most surfaces, the phone and headboards were particularly bad. It was noisy quite frequently, between door slams at varying hours and chatter in the front desk area. Outside of that the stay was fine.

The room was clean and beautiful as always and this being me and my husband 3rd time staying here the hotel was completely different and we believe it’s because the new hotel has been built at the casino! The hotel was loud all night having kids running back and fourth above our room and out in the hallway and even during the day! Got woke up once with a loud dog barking even thou the hotel is not pet friendly! Front desk did not have and food in the fridge like every time before they only had chips and candy bars and drinks before they had cold sandwiches and biscuits that you could heat up in the microwave and they used to have free bottle waters in the lobby at the coffee station and they did not! Plus we had to go to the casino hotel to do our checkout process the morning we left because now they do not have staff that work the front desk I guess they have them working both hotels! Even though the hotel is clean and pretty we will not be staying there again we where so tired from the noise all weekend we would have left the first night if it was not for the fact we already paid upfront for the whole weekend so we left tired and could not wait to go home to sleep without being woke up!

First of all the ladies that work there were fabulous, but the coffee pot did not work. The TV was not work. It couldn’t pick up a channel then when it did, then it was gone then it was back then it was gone so and at 3 o’clock in the morning if I would’ve knew there was a road right there next-door to the window. I probably wouldn’t have stayed there at 3 o’clock in the morning. Somebody real loud goes by and wakes me up.

The farmstead was definitely nice very clean and up-to-date. A couple of things that would have made our stay better have a microwave in the room and improve the Wi-Fi for the whole weekend we were unable to watch TV due to poor Wi-Fi connection. Also, they should offer coffee seven days a week instead of only on weekends.
