「The Water Feature Cottage was perfect for our 5 night stay, just the right size for 2 people, but also comfortable for our son to visit. The cottage was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The "back porch" patio is perfect for enjoying coffee or drinks and the landscaping is beyond beautiful. We really enjoyed watching birds, listening to frogs and discussing plants with Larry. Thank you Larry, Sandra and (of course) Hobbs!」

「The Carriage House could not have been any more perfect for our stay in Hillsborough. Great location, clean, cozy, and comfortable for the two of us. We left thinking this beautiful little cottage will be “our place” whenever we travel to Hillsborough to visit our kids and grandkids!」

「We came in town to see family and this place was 5 min from them and perfect for what we needed. It has everything we needed and was very comfortable for the 5 of us. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the screened in porch overlooking the back yard filled with flowers every morning. We’ll definitely stay here again. 」

Responsive host: was great because we needed an ironing board that wasn’t on site and the washer dryer combo unit instructions were inaccurate, so we needed to consult w her about that. Otherwise, we were in heaven. This is an excellent choice. 」

「The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors.」

「My family stayed in the cottage for about a week and on numerous occasions said they could imagine living there. The house was perfectly situated in town near all the amenities we needed. It was clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to the Chapel Hill area!」

「Beautiful property. Conveniently located near local restaurants and shops. Loved Nora Cafe and Steak house across the highway. Well equipped home. Clean. All worked really well. Thank you,」

「very conveniently located 0.7 miles from the Convention center - an easy walk on sidewalk and main roads. Some of the neighborhood further down the road was "sketchy" as my kids would say but we did not feel unsafe at any time. Backyard was nicely done with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill. Outside we could hear traffic and a few trains but not inside the house.」
