「The Hotel Villa Balbi is an outstanding hotel with the best staff in Europe. Mario, Alessandro, Vincenzo at the front desk as well as the rest of the staff treat you like family and are a large part of the fantastic experience. Highly recommend!」

「Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. Will be back when we visit Rapallo again」
