Stepping inside, the house enchants with a smart design, soothes with toned and calm space, and features thoughtful decor, ensuring pleasing sights are also to be had within.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room with a washer & dryer, central AC and heat, well all the technology you’ll need to support You during your stay with us.

♦ Kitchen / Dining Area
A practical and fully equipped kitchen offers everything to try on some of the local dishes, make your own, or your first, Chimichanga. Open space flows to the dining area with a seating arrangement for six people and views on the picturesque garden that graces this lovely area.

Store a bottle of local Dos Cabezas Aguileon at full-height fridge freezer and enjoy it indoors or outdoors at the poolside dining, a perfect scene to indulge in your prepared delicacies.

Over at the kitchen, marble countertops and wood accents prevail with top-of-the-line appliances, a countertop doubling as a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, an oven, slow cooker, Keurig, kettle and toaster. Dole out pre-stocked glassware and dinnerware and get ready for an Arizona feast!

You'll be in the lap of comfort the entire time in our tastefully decorated three bedrooms, generously proportioned with plenty of space and wardrobe space.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a memory foam Bedstory mattress, and a 50" TV, a Victorian-style armchair and a leg rest. Extending further is a living area with a sofa-bed for additional two people that easily converts back, freeing up space again.

The second bedroom in soft tones and textures is tastefully appointed with a queen-size bed and Hybrid / Pressure Relief / Pocket Innersprings for Motion Isolation Zinus mattress that will provide undisturbed restorative sleep.

The third bedroom with two single beds, each with a Twin Hybrid - Bamboo Charcoal and Aloe Vera Infused Memory Foam Lucid mattress, is white & blue harmony well suited for the children.

♦ Bathrooms
Following the style throughout the house, two indulgent bathrooms are clean and fresh with plenty of space to get ready for Your ventures of the day.

The En-Suite bathroom in the master bedroom is equipped with a shower, a vanity area, providing all the amenities, free toiletries, towels and pool towels.

The second Jack & Jill bathroom, in subtle earth tones, is equipped with a bathtub and a shower should you opt-in for a relaxing bubble bath.

♦ Outdoor area
The outdoor area is the centerpiece of this villa. Set amidst a lovely garden, enhanced by a unique, large greenbelt extending at the backyard. Here you'll find an eclectic collection of nothing less than your own mini private golf mat practice area; bound to bring that competitive streak in all members of your party, a private 12,000 Gallon swimming pool, sun loungers and a covered patio.
Chic cocktail evenings or beloved barbecue nights, lazy poolside afternoon or fun splashing, a game of golf, active or relaxed, the choices are numerous are all yours to make.

It’s all yours! You will have the whole house to yourself. Indoors and outdoors and two garage spaces.
Please note this is a self-check-in property, but we are a phone call or a message away if you need us and will fully support you during your stay with any questions you may have.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: The Pool is not heated. The best time to make use of the Pool is between the months of April and November.

During the Monsoon season which runs from June to September, we get many dust storms. If you are visiting during this time, you might see that the pool attracted dust. We will send out the pool maintenance team on the first day of your check-in to make sure that the pool is clean and ready for your stay. If you want it cleaned a second time during your stay, a $25 charge will apply....
