The room had no body wash or hand soap even after I asked for it. The room had not been cleaned when I went to the front desk they said I had to request it to be cleaned. I asked they said they would do it and it did not happen. The ice machine was filthy! We had a large party there and everyone had issues with the hotel and staff. It is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible staff.

We had a large King room, which was nice, but the room smelled like hot dogs and was not very clean. They must have cleaned everything with a dirty cloth. There was a dirty film all over everything. There were children running and stomping back and forth on the floor right above us. The breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. I believe they are short staffed and that is why the hotel is the way it is, which is sad, because its the only one in Florence where we visit our grandkids.
