This place is a hidden gem! You’re surrounded by a lush tropical garden with excellent room and dining services. The dining room and the Octagon are like museums with decor from all over the world. We reserved the deluxe studio suite, but due to the recent rains, the roof was leaking so they upgraded us to the family studio suite, their largest room. It was clean and spacious with a large walk in closet. Breakfast was sumptuous, and we had dinner there both evenings. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! I’ve been recommending my friends to stay in this paradise when they visit el valle. Next time I’m in Panama, I will definitely want to go back there!

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was special and unforgettable. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were transported into a different dimension. The decoration, art, collections and food taste are all over the walls, hallways, space and dimension. Ceaser made our stay even more magical by being so helpful, so kind and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and found the service to be top-notch. The decor around the property was serene and beautiful and the breakfast was very good. The room was very clean, but small and and a bit dark. Also, there was an open window from the bathroom to the dining area, which I imagine was for ventilation, but it left something to be desired in terms of privacy. For the price, I would have liked more space in the room to sit or store clothing, and a small refridgerator to keep drinks.

WOW! This is an incredible hotel with 5 star service. Caesar took care of us during our stay. His attention to detail and customer service is fantastic. The rooms are designed with such detail and thought. It is obvious that a great deal of planning went into every room. The common areas are wonderful. 4 o'clock coffee was delightful while we overlooked the Koi pond. The hotel is set up with many interesting rooms, it's like a museum with art from all over the world. We will most definitely be back. Thanks Caesar!

Agradable y acogedor. Su decoración está llena de arte y cariño. La atención de César y Marisol hacen del lugar, un sitio inolvidable... solo por disfrutar nuevamente de su servicio, volveríamos. La comida es increíble.... desde las cortesías y el ratatouille de entrada, hasta la corvina y el filete, estuvieron deliciosos!!! Sería un lugar perfecto si la habitación no tuviese tanto olor a polvo y humedad pero se entiende que al ser un lugar de tanta historia, tenga este inconveniente.
