The breakfast did not deserve the price 220MAD per person. Also, the waiters speak very limited english. Difficult communication. They can not even distinguish between sunny egg & scramble egg. It is ridiculous for an hotel charge for coffee capsule 25MAD each. We did not ask for more, they did not leave any capsule in the room.

The toilet felt like it was about to fall off the wall; we had a temporary fix with a block fitted underneath to stop it dropping any further but the leak on the floor was never addressed.

I was wrongfully charged nearly 100 euro in several smaller charges. I have been trying to contact the hotel at least four times - no response. Radisson customer service not very helpful either - they apparently have no access to the hotel bills. Don’t book there. They are cheats and thieves

Great stay however terrible after sales service. Great clean and comfortable hotel, however following my stay I had an invoice query and despite numerous emails I have received no contact or response on my query. Hugely disappointing.

This isn't a five-star hotel by any stretch. It's not in a good area. The pool and gym are tiny. The street noise is loud and a bank alarm when off repeatedly, both nights I was there. It went off about 20 times a night and was very loud. When I talked to the hotel staff about it, they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about, when the alarm was probably 10 times louder than a normal car alarm. There were some kind and thoughtful staff members at the hotel, but honestly, they need a lot more training. No one really seems to know what they are doing, and the smallest task takes five times longer than it should. There are much, much better places to stay in Casablanca. Radisson has zero business promoting this property as a five-star hotel. Zero.

Hotel was clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Arranged for a private driver for us to the airport. Breakfast was included and it was very good! As an American traveling to Morocco for the first time there were wonderful new foods to experience yet familiar items to eat as well. We felt safe and the staff so helpful. I forgot my adapter and they kindly brought me one to use.

Good location. 10 min walk to Medina which we really enjoyed looking around. Had dinner in the lobby restaurant which was really nice & a great gin & tonic to wash it down. Bartender was good at his job! Asked if the ice was from filtered water and initially told no but then someone else came & said it definitely is, good for our westernised tummy’s. We went out for breakfast so cannot comment on that. Parking was ok, but tricky navigating the parking garage & a the young man at reception ended up bringing our car around to us when we checked out - great service - thanks!

Very small rooms for 2 persons! Price-quality ratio unsatisfactory! I needed almost two hours to get the room upon our arrival!

Dear Najib,We regret your disappointment for being unable to check in upon your early arrival and understand reading your review that apparently you were not properly informed about the appointed check in time starting at 3pm, although it should be reported on the booking confirmation; at the hotel we always do our utmost to make sure our guests can check in as soon as they arrive, unfortunately during periods of high occupancy it may not be possible considering that check out is at 12h and our housekeeping staff needs to undertake a thorough cleaning of the rooms before assigning them to new arrivals.
