Hot nights in a cool atmo

One roll of toilettepaper, no aircondition or ventilators, a rest of sugar was no problem, because the coffee ran short either as the water in the very little pool. All the rest was comfortable and could easily be improved isolating the very hot roof. View to the sea ? Okay, you take the olive-trees.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch an Daniela die uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung stand. Die Gesamtanlage ist sehr gepflegt (Poolanlage , Garten mit Olivenbäumen). Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf den Pool und von den anderen Gästen haben wir auch wenig bemerkt. Auch der Fußweg in das toskanische Städtchen Montescudaio mit seinen netten Lokalen ist nicht weit. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Feriendomizil wieder buchen

Großartige Lage, toller Pool

Tolles Haus in tollem Olivenhain mit tollem Pool in tollem kleinen Dorf. Es war alles top, aber zwei Anmerkungen: das Haus heizt sich unglaublich auf trotz geschlossener Türen, und als Empfehlung: bitte auch vor den Haupteingang ein Fliegengitter installieren. Ohne offene Türe kann man dort vorne nicht schlafen. Besten Dank auch für die excellente Betreuung.

Traumhaftes Häuschen mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Form eines freistehenden Häuschens. Toller Blick auf den Pool, der unnötigerweise die ganze Nacht beleuchtet war. Ansprechendes Mobiliar. Eigener Parkplatz. Zu wenig Geschirr für den Betrieb einer Spülmaschine. Der vorhandene Duschvorhang ist dieser hochwertigen Unterkunft unwürdig und war ein großes Ärgernis. Innerhalb von 11 Tagen wurde kein Handtuchwechsel angeboten. Wir haben die vorhandenen Handtücher selbst gewaschen. Es fehlt eine regenfeste Überdachung. Positiv ist, dass mindestens 3 Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Grundsätzlich ist die Toskana nach wie vor traumhaft.

Einfach nur super! 2 hervorragende Restaurants im Ort. Sehr gutes Bistro mit super Aussicht. 2 Tante Emma Läden im Ort mit sehr leckeren regionalen Produkten. Einer unserer besten Urlaube bisher.

Plus und minus doch insgesamt plus

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, großer Pool, den wir wegen der schon kühleren herbstlichen Witterungleider nicht mehr nutzen konnten. Ein Mankoist die Dusche, klein, eng, lediglich mit einem Vorhang versehen, der beim Duschen, durch den entstehenden Unterdruck, immer wieder nach innen gezogen wird und kalt auf der Haut aufliegt. Das ist eher Studenten-Wohngemeinschaft like. Hier hätten wir uns eins Duschtür gewünscht. Auch die Küchenausstattung, Toaster, Küchengeräte sind eher einfach und billig. Auch hier würde ein kleines „Upgrade „ nicht schaden. Ansonsten eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen.

Ein Traumurlaub mit allem, was dazugehört

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Lorena in der zweiten Septemberhälfte und haben uns direkt in die Toskana und das bezaubernde Anwesen verliebt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Umgebung ist ein Traum. In 15 Minuten ist man am Strand und auch sonst hat die Gegend so viel zu bieten, dass wir es kaum geschafft haben, auch nur einen Bruchteil zu erkunden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Urlaub in Meernähe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Pool ist klein, aber fein :-) Für warme Nächte wäre eine Ventilator nicht schlecht. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Optimale Unterkunft um sich zu entspannen und anoch dazu in einer guten Lage.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Alles hat gepasst. Die Beschreibung war zutreffend und der Kontakt Vorort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr gut geeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub zu zweit.

Sehr schön gelegenes Objekt. Wunderbarer Blick auf den Olivenhain und den nächtlich beleuchteten Pool. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und die Landschaft Toskana, als auch das Meer genossen.

Montescudajo ist einen Aufenthalt wert

Nachsaison: Ruhe, Erholung pur! Die Viletta ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Liebevolle Arrangements mit hochwertigem Inventar im Landhausstil, Betten mit gutem Komfort, hervorragende Internetverbindung. Abstriche in der Geschirrausrüstung, für kleine Zubereitungen ausreichend. Ein Wasserkocher wäre hilfreich. Backofen und Gasherd einfach in der Ausstattung, aber wirkungsvoll. Von der Terrasse immer einen Blick auf den neu geschaffenen Pool, der am Abend in Beleuchtung mit den angeleuchteten Olivenbäumen einen traumhaften Eindruck macht. Der Service war diskret und auf unsere Belange gut abgestimmt. Von den Restaurants in Montescudajo hat die "Osteria Bardo Vino" bei uns einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Fazit: Die Viletta ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub unbedingt zu empfehlen. Preis-Leistung stimmt!

Alles in allem wunderschön

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Wir hatten einen tollen Empfang durch die Agentur Case&Colline. Jeder Tip war ein Volltreffer, Land und Leute haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft war wirklich top, auch der nahegelegene Ort Montescudaio war schön. Voraussetzung ist allerdings ein Auto vor Ort um auch die nächstgrößeren Orte zu erreichen. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 10 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist nochmal die Unterkunft in total privater Atmosphäre mit wunderschönen Olivenbäumen und neu angelegten Pool,sowie eigenem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Zu 100% zu empfehlen!!😊

Montescudaio,wunderschönes kleines Dorf in der Toscana

Wir hatten auf dem Grundstück eines der zwei kleinen Häusern. Sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider hatten wir während der Zeit eine Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Deswegen konnten wir nur abends und sonntags die wundervolle Ruhe genießen. Von dort sind alle bekannten Orte ( Pisa, Lucca etc.) gut zu erreichen. Von der Agentur gab es wunderbare Essensempfehlungen. Meer in 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Privatsphäre ( Villa Laurena) durch den neu gebauten Pool nicht mehr so gewährleistet. Alles in allem ein schönes Fleckchen, besonders nach der Fertigstellung des Nachbarhauses.

1. Toskanaurlaub

Wir sind zum 1. Mal in diesem Frühjahr in der Toskana gewesen und haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Schon gleich bei der Buchung wurden wir sehr gut beraten und über alles informiert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und professionell im Büro der Agentur empfangen, wo uns eine umfangreiche Indomappe mit Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Stadtplänen und Tipps fuer Restaurants mit einer Welcomecard ausgeliefert wurde. Dann sind wir gleich zum Haus begleitet worden, wo uns eine sehr nette Besitzerin erwartete, die uns alles gezeigt hat. Der Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt und erscheint größer als auf den Bildern. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und sie ist sehr freundlich und einladend eingerichtet. Fehlte mal etwas, wurde es gleich besorgt- ohne jeden Aufwand! Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen, denn in einer Woche konnten wir nicht alles erkunden. Vielen Dank fuer alles!
