Perfect stay

Il mulino is about 10 minutes (by car) from Sestri Levante. The house is as shown on the photos. It is very clean and spacious, the equipment is very good. We had to start the heating a bit as it was cool sometime - it is working perfectly for a stay asside from the summer. Paola was very welcoming and gave us all the information needed for our stay. Everything was well organised and as she lives very close, she could come around if necessary. We had a nice time although the weather was often rainy. Sestri Levante is a nice small town, quiet at this time of the year. Unfortunately we could not use the swimming pool as it rained too much and was too cool already. Other hosts were well separated from our house and it was all quiet.

Herzlichene Gastgeberin in tollem Feriendomizil

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und alles modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Unsere Gastgeberin Paola versorgte uns mit Ausflugstips und bereitete uns einen herzlichen Empfang. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren tadellos sauber. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Pizzeria, Bahnhof und Strand sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Ein paradiesisches Fleckchen vor der ligurischen Küste

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Häuschen ist alles vorhanden, was man für die den ersten, alltäglichen Gebrauch benötigt (ist besonders praktisch, wenn man sonntags anreist) - Seife, Spülmittel, Salz, Öl,…. Kaffee kann man mit einer kleinen Bialetti kochen, es ist aber auch eine kleine Filterkaffeemaschine vorhanden. Paola ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und engagierte Vermieterin, die gerne Tipps gibt für z.B. Lokalitäten oder Ausflüge. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Sehr zu empfehlen !!!

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Lage einfach nur super, sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr ansprechend renoviert, auch der Aussenbereich im Garten und am pool Vermieter, wohnt auf Nachbargrundstück, sehr zurückhaltend, aber immer da, wenn man ihn braucht. Beste Voraussetzungen für einen gelungenen Urlaub samt morgendlichen café und der psnuficeria an der piazza.

Familien-Sommerurlaub 2023

Wir waren als Familie (zwei Erw. ,zwei 12 jährige Kids) im August 2023 14 Tage bei Paola zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und für vier Personen ist ausreichend Platz. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Ein wunderbares Ambiente für lange Sommernächte! Es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, ausreichend Waschmittel, Spülmittel etc. ist auch vorhanden. Eigentlich ist alles da, was man braucht. Nach einer Woche haben wir frische Handtücher erhalten. Der Pool ist ca. 6 m x 3m groß. Für uns ausreichend, um uns bei den warmen Temperaturen zu erfrischen. Auch der Bereich am Pool (Liegen, Dusche) ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits vom Ortskern Casarza in bergiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht. Einen Supermarkt, ein Feinkostgeschäft, einen Obst- und Gemüsehändler und ein Cafe/eine Bar, wo es leckere Kleinigkeiten gibt. Ebenfalls 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt es eine Pizzeria. Hier sollte man allerdings reservieren. Zum Strand nach Sestri Levante ist man mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten gefahren. Allerdings hat sich die Suche nach Parkplätzen als sehr schwierig erwiesen. Man kann von Casarza aus aber auch mit dem Bus nach Sestri Levante fahren (Dauer 10 Minuten). Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, was vor allem an der tollen Wohnung lag. Die Strände rund um Sestri Levante waren sehr voll und damit für uns nicht so attraktiv. Das ist aber für Italien im Hochsommer nicht verwunderlich.

Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es war ausserordentlich sauber, an Einrichtung war alles da was man benötigt. Die Wohnung selbst und auch die Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und man hat wirklich Freude daran und auch Lust wiederzukommen. Der Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight - besonders für Kinder. Wir waren leider nur 4 Nächte da, konnten in der kurzen Zeit Paola aber als sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin kennenlernen!

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Wir (Familie mit 2 Teenagern) waren super zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und geräumig und bot genug Platz. Auch die Ausstattung war super. Für die Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine war das entsprechende Spül-/Waschmittel vorhanden. Es gab Seife, Kaffeefilter, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Staubsauger, Müllbeutel usw.. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt (auch die Terasse und das ganze Grundstück)!! Paola, die Gastgeberin, ist total nett. Als es einem Tag dann doch mal regnete, lieh sie uns einen Regenschirm. Sie gab uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge oder zum kostenlosen Parken in Sestri Levante. Wir konnten uns mit allem an sie wenden und sie war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie ist sehr herzlich!

Super Wohnung, sehr nette Besitzerin

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub liegt hinter uns. Die Wohnung war von einer herausragenden Qualität (neu, geräumig, absolut sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet). Auch der Terrassenbereich und der Pool waren sehr geräumig, luden zum Verweilen ein und waren eine sehr gute Alternative zum Strand. Nicht zuletzt die Besitzerin Paola war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war das ein Urlaub, den man gerne noch einmal so machen könnte.

Sommerurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Teile der alten Ölpresse sind wunderbar in die moderne Küche integriert. Die Klimaanlage macht die Nächte im Schlafzimmer angenehm. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, mit Mückenkerzen genauso wie mit Ausflugstipps. Das tägliche Baden im Pool macht den Urlaub perfekt. Wir würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Logement parfait

L’hôte est aux petits soins au quotidien en toute discrétion et d’une grande gentillesse. Le logement est très spacieux , d’une propreté irréprochable. Erholung pur

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit allem was das Herz begehrt! Ruhe und Entspannung in ländlicher Gegend mit herrlichem Blick vom Haus oder Pool auf die Berge. In nur 10 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die nächstgelegenen Orte Rivo Trigoso oder Sestri Levante mit herrlichem Badestrand und vielen schönen Geschäften. Die liebevoll renovierte alte Ölmühle ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles ist extrem sauber und gepflegt! Das Beste vom Ganzen sind aber Paola und ihre Familie, die wir als sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber kennenlernen durften. Grazie mille Paola

Tolle Wohnung, super-nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin!!!

Ruhig gelegen in einem Seitental. Geschmackvoll umgebaute alte Ölmühle, wirklich etwas Besonderes! Um nach Sestri Levante zu kommen ist ein Auto oder Fahrrad notwendig.

Top verblijf!

Paola & Alexandro hebben ons super ontvangen. Al voor de aankomst stuurde zij een filmpje van de route. Was niet nodig, maar het gebaar waarderen wij. Check in was goed geregeld. Rondleiding, uitleg omgeving & wat tips voor leuke bezigheden. Het huis troffen wij zeer schoon aan & is van alle gemakken voorzien.

Wir haben wundervolle drei Tage Kurzurlaub hier verbracht und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
